There's a lot of fun happening in animation land these days!

I've enjoyed watching stop motion take its major come back the past few years with Fantastic Mr. Fox, Coraline, Marry & Max.. not to mention the great commercial work of studio's like Laika and Screen Novelties and many more that I'm kinda too tired to remember..

I cant wait to feast my eyes on these films once they hit theatres!

First week on the job complete!
I just started my contract with the Toronto based animation studio called GURU. We're working on the new season of the kids series "Justin Time"

The characters so far are really fun to work with especially this little guy..

Though, as it was my first week back - and I'm primarily a stop motion animator.. its going to take a few long days to get into the groove of things!
